Upward standing with your arms stretch upward. Inhale and stretch your back. Exhale and flex your torso from side to side, let your head and neck relax. Inhale and come back to the initial posture to switch sides. Repeat 5 times.

Stand straight, exhale and bend your torso forward without bending your knees, let your hands touch your ankles and the chest is close to your knees. Relax the neck and let your head hang, so that you can feel the stretch on your spine and legs. With this posture you will help blood flow to your brain. Do 10 deep inhales and exhales.
3. Tree Pose
Standing straight with your hands on your hips. Inhale while you raise one leg and place it on the root of the inner thigh. Exhale and at the same time stretch your arms above your head. Hold this pose for about 5 inhales and exhales. Back to the initial position and switch legs.
Set yourself in a crawling position. Inhale while you stretch your torso, the head and tailbone. Then, exhale, arching your spine and resting your chin on your chest. Do some repetitions for about two to three minutes.
